FAQ
I have no GPS track / location doesn’t work
Check: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Alpirac. Allow access according to your use.
iCloud sync doesn’t work
Make sure iCloud is enabled and you are using the same Apple ID. A network connection is required.
HealthKit / Health
Check permissions: Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Alpirac.
Request deletion of my data
